The following report contains a detailed account of the existing and proposed changes to Northeast High School. Existing conditions describe the current mechanical systems of the school, along with preliminary ventilation rate and energy consumption analysis'.

For the first mechanical redesign alternative, a geothermal system was proposed, with the report including the design process and calculations. The next redesign alternative described in the report are active chilled beams with a dedicated outdoor air system. Both redesign proposals include in depth cost and energy analysis'.

Breadth topics include an acoustical and water savings analysis. The acoustical breadth investigates the speech privacy of certain rooms within the school, using both calculated and recommended design values. Water savings was determined by analyzing the water use of domestic water in the restrooms of the school. Both breadth investigations have results and recommendations to implement positive changes within Northeast High School.
